DAVE & TARA SNYDER

Lead Pastors

I’ve been honored to serve at Reach Church for over 20 years, and for the past 5 years, I’ve had the joy of leading as the Lead Pastor. My greatest passion is helping people grow in their relationship with God and discover the unique gifts, calling, and purpose He’s placed in their lives. I’m married to my amazing wife, Tara, and together we’re raising five incredible kids who make life fun, full, and a little loud—in the best way. When I’m not at the church, you’ll probably find me spending time with my family, shooting hoops with my kids, or out on a trail enjoying a good hike.

JOSEF & YOELI EVERETT

Youth Pastor | Children's Pastor

We’re honored to serve together at Reach Church, leading the Next Generation in their walk with God. For the past 5 years, Josef has served as Youth Pastor, passionate about seeing students encounter Jesus and experience life transformation. Yoeli has been on staff for over 15 years in a variety of roles, and now serves as our Children’s Pastor. Her heart is to see kids grow in their relationship with God and live that out in their everyday lives.
We are raising two adventurous boys who keep us on our toes and love the outdoors. Whether we’re spending time as a family, visiting family, or winding down with a good movie and some ice cream, we love doing life together and serving the next generation side by side.

AZAEL & YANEIDY NUNEZ

Adult Ministry Pastor | Administrator

Serving God together at Reach Church has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives. I’m Azael, and I have the privilege of serving as the Adult Ministry Pastor. My amazing wife, Yaniedy, serves faithfully as the Church Administrator. Our journey began with a radical encounter with Jesus right here at Reach Church in 2011—and from that moment on, everything changed.
Over the past 14 years, we’ve been passionately preaching the gospel across the U.S. and around the world. Our heart is to see people discover their God-given calling and live it out through discipleship, evangelism, and bold obedience to the mission of Christ. Whether we’re serving locally or reaching the nations, our greatest joy is building the Church and walking alongside others as they step into the fullness of God’s purpose for their lives.
Outside of ministry, we love doing life together with our fun-loving dog, Samson. In our free time, you’ll find us traveling, trying new foods, and making unforgettable memories with our family and friends.

NOELLE KIRKMAN

Young Adults | Worship Pastor

We’re Silas and Noelle, and we’re honored to serve together at Reach Church—Silas as the Young Adults Pastor and Noelle as the Worship Pastor. Being part of this church family has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives. Noelle has been serving at Reach for over 12 years, leading worship and mentoring the next generation of worship leaders with a passion for helping others experience the presence of God. Silas has been a part of Reach for 9 years and has spent the last two leading our Young Adults Ministry, walking with people as they discover their true identity in Jesus and grow in intimacy with Him.
We’re also blessed to be parents to two amazing kids who keep us laughing, learning, and on our toes every single day. Whether we’re spending time with our family, hanging out with friends, diving into a great book, or catching a game, we love doing life together—and we love helping others do the same as they follow Jesus.

VICTORIA HEFFLER

Worship Pastor

Hi, I’m Vicky! I’ve been part of the Reach Church family for 14 years and have had the joy of serving as a worship leader for the past 6. One of the things I love most about leading worship is being part of the moment when the whole church lifts their voices together in praise to the Lord—there’s nothing like it!
I’m married to my amazing, hardworking husband, and together we’re raising three beautiful children who love the Lord. Our family loves going on little adventures—especially hitting up new coffee shops—and you’ll often find us blasting music and dancing around the house together.

Finance & HR Coordinator

I’ve had the privilege of serving on staff at Reach Church for the past four years in office administration, currently focusing on Finance and HR. I’m passionate about supporting our team and helping others thrive in their ministry roles. Whether it’s behind the scenes or hands-on in various ministries, I love being part of what God is doing through Reach Church. Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing or coaching volleyball, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Hi, I’m Yeraldy! As the Media Director at Reach Church, I get to do what I absolutely love—capturing the raw, powerful moments where people genuinely connect with God. There’s something so special about seeing worship, prayer, and transformation unfold through a lens. For me, it’s more than just taking photos or videos—it’s about preserving the heart of each moment and sharing the beauty of what God is doing in and through our community.
Outside of media, I’m happily married to my amazing husband, and we share our home with two adorable cats, Pixie and Violet, who keep things fun and cozy.

JIM & JANET TURNER

Senior Ministry Pastors

Jim has faithfully served on staff at Reach Church for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our team. As our Senior Ministry Pastor, he provides care, mentorship, and leadership across many areas of ministry. Over the years, Jim has planted several churches across North Carolina and continues to invest in leaders and church families with a shepherd’s heart.
He’s also a licensed electrician, known for his hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever there’s a need. Jim is married to his wonderful wife, Janet, and together they are a powerful example of faithfulness in both life and ministry. Their love for God and people shines through everything they do.

DANIEL & DEE SCOTTON

Liberty Campus Pastors

Hi! We’re Daniel and Deanna (Dee), and we have the joy of serving as the Liberty Campus Pastors here at Reach Church. We actually met through Reach’s ministry school and got married in 2008. Since then, we’ve served as youth and kids pastors in several different states—but Reach has always been home, and we’re thrilled to be back and leading the Liberty campus.
We have four amazing boys who keep life wild and wonderful, and we also run a small business near Liberty, which helps us stay connected to the community we love. Daniel enjoys cheering on the Dallas Cowboys (and holding out hope for that next Super Bowl win), while Dee is happiest outside and loves connecting with other business owners. More than anything, we’re passionate about helping people find belonging, grow in their faith, and step into the purpose God has for them.
